On Thursday, 18 August 2016 residents in Longworth can vote in a referendum on whether their community should formally adopt the proposed Longworth Neighbourhood Plan.
To vote you must be registered to vote in local elections by Tuesday, 2 August 2016 (midnight), and live in the designated area. To register to ensure that you are on the electoral role please visit the register to vote website. Information on Postal and Proxy voting will be available shortly.
Voting takes place at the village hall polling station between 7am and 10pm - full details will be included on poll cards which will be sent to everyone who has registered. The votes will be counted and result declared shortly after polls close on 18 August 2016.
